Yes, Our carpet cleaning technicians carry specialist stain removal chemicals which can remove many different types of stain, But please be aware not all stains are removable. 

Sometimes stains can dye the fibres which makes it irreversible and in these cases the stains are simple there to stay. It’s like when you dye hair the dye simply will not come out by washing. 

A wool carpet typically takes approximately 4-6 hours to dry after a professional carpet cleaning, while synthetic carpet types take around 2 hours. Ask us about our fast-drying service options.

We are available for carpet cleaning 6 days a week but always open for enquiries and quotes. availability is best spoken to about with our team, you can do this by filling out our online contact form or by giving us a call on 01933 213733. Yes… We work every Saturday, if you wanted your carpets cleaned at the weekend please speak to our team who can arrange a Saturday carpet cleaning appointment.

That normally depends on many factors such as level of traffic through your home or wether you have animals such as cats or dogs etc. We normally recommend having a professional carpet clean every 12 months to keep your carpets looking fresh!

We do ask that the area(s) that are to be cleaned are cleared prior to the technicians arriving, if this is not possible we are happy to clean around larger items of furniture such as sofa’s, beds, cupboards, wardrobes etc.

if it’s not possible for you to move furniture but you still want it cleaned underneath we charge an addition £20 per room to move furniture.
This is restricted to moving sofa’s, armchairs, tables, chairs etc.
We will not move larger items such as wardrobes, large sets of draws, electrical items like tv’s etc.

Stain protection treatment is a specialist treatment applied to the carpets after the clean, Stain protection creates an invisible hydrophobic coating between the carpet fibre’s and any spills or dirt which may land on the carpet. Stain protection will extend the life of your carpets and keep them looking cleaner for longer.
If any liquids are spilt onto the carpets the hydrophobic coating will repel them giving you time to dab them up with a dry cloth without staining the fibres.

We try and make it clear exactly how much the carpet cleaning service will cost during the booking stage but sometimes we need to charge for additional services if we have not been notified prior.

We charge additionally for the following – 

Moving Furniture (£20 per room)
Urine treatment (£20 per spot or £60 per room)
Specialist odour treatments (£50 per room)
Stain protection treatment (£60 per room)

We also charge extra for rooms over 22m2 if a room is bigger than this you will be charged for the room rate plus |£4.50 per metre over 22m2.
