after many failed attempts at cleaning a hallway carpet myself i turned to hydrocarpet clean and what can i say wow 😲brilliant service arrived early 10 out of 10 would highly recommend two very pleasant blokes they did an amazing job cleaning a carpet that needed some much loved tlc after some naughty kitty accidents they took their time and 45 minutes later the carpet looks much more cleaner and smells amazing, I definitely will be using hydrocarpet clean in the future for any cleaning jobs that need doing

After reading previous reviews for HydroClean we decided to book them to clean our large rug as our cat had unfortunately had an accident and we could not get rid of the smell. We were really impressed with how quickly we were able to get an appt ( the next day) and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Alyn and his colleague turned up on time and were extremely polite and professional. Within an hour they were done. Our rug now looks good as new and no more smell!! Thank you so much. An hour or so later they wete done and I swear they laid a new carpet! The makeup stains and general dirt from my dog were gone and it looks brand new! Wasnt even wet when they finished. They did such a good job! We’ve been renovating since we moved in, so left the carpets until last but they had lots of patches of mud and dirt that don’t look to have been treated at all at the time. Hydro Clean did a great job of making the carpets look nearly new again and saved us having to completely replace them.They were quick to reply when I first reached out for a quote, and the 2x guys turned up on time and were professional throughout! They definitely turned up to a bigger job than they were expecting but they took it in their stride and we’re so pleased!Definitely would recommend and we’ll be coming back now for regular cleans to keep things looking tip top!
