Two friendly, respectful and helpful guys who went above and beyond. The carpets look as good as new. The living room carpet there was a mark we suspected was a burn and could not remove however, this company have removed it….so well done guys and highly recommended

I had a sofa, chair & footstool cleaned due to dogs having allergies. All 3 items were cleaned well in terms of every smell was removed amazingly. 80% of stains came off & the price was good. I was disappointed that the dog hairs didn’t actually come off - I wasn’t warned that this may happen (they were told of the dogs at time of booking) & it was only after I sent a photo when I got home to see the cleaned sofas that I was told “with regards to dog hair when wet it’s hard to extract all of them but as it’s drying the ones stuck into the fibres will appear on the top.” I would recommend if you don’t own pets but if you do, be warned it only gets rid of smell but not hairs.

We had some of our carpets, rugs & corner sofa cleaned today by HydroClean and they've been great. Arrived on time, left the place clean & tidy, professional and efficient. Sofa looks like new, rugs & carpets are brilliant also. We'll be booking again and are recommending them to everyone!
