After reading previous reviews for HydroClean we decided to book them to clean our large rug as our cat had unfortunately had an accident and we could not get rid of the smell. We were really impressed with how quickly we were able to get an appt ( the next day) and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Alyn and his colleague turned up on time and were extremely polite and professional. Within an hour they were done. Our rug now looks good as new and no more smell!! Thank you so much. They did such a good job! We’ve been renovating since we moved in, so left the carpets until last but they had lots of patches of mud and dirt that don’t look to have been treated at all at the time. Hydro Clean did a great job of making the carpets look nearly new again and saved us having to completely replace them.They were quick to reply when I first reached out for a quote, and the 2x guys turned up on time and were professional throughout!
