Booking a carpet clean should be simple. Below are the questions our customers ask most often, from how we clean and how long carpets take to dry, to prices, preparation and our re-clean guarantee.

Our main method is hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning. Every carpet is checked first so we can match the method and solutions to the fibre type, condition and staining. We then pre-treat, agitate the pile with a Pro 35 machine and rinse and extract the dirt with Airflex Storm extraction machines, using an Evo rotary machine where it suits the carpet. Most carpets are dry within a few hours. Drying time depends on the carpet type, how heavily soiled it was, and the room’s heating and ventilation. Opening a window or putting the heating on helps, and we’ll tell you on the day when it is safe to walk on and put furniture back.
Every job is quoted up front, based on the number and size of rooms, the stairs and landing, and the condition of the carpet, so you know the price before we start. If you can, move small and light items out of the room before we arrive. We clean around anything heavy that stays in place and protect furniture legs from moisture. If you would like us to move larger items such as sofas, this is an extra £20 per room.

Yes. The products we use are safe for children and pets once dry, and we use eco-friendly solutions wherever we can.
Most everyday stains, such as food, drink, mud and general soiling, come out or are greatly reduced. Some marks, such as bleach, dye or burns, change the colour of the fibre itself and can’t be fully removed. We will always tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
